It all started with ONE LOVING CAREGIVER named Kelly Allan. Kelly was born and raised in Oceanside, California. She has been working since she was 15 years old doing various jobs. She started working at a retirement home and then worked at various Home Care agencies in San Diego. She received her associates in May 2013. She received her Bachelors in Sociology in Fall 2017 from Cal State University San Marcos. She is a busy girl and has many hats!
Kelly has always enjoyed helping others in the community. She let her passions and love guide her through life and at her various jobs. While caregiving she began to notice how frustrating it is to find back up caregivers and resources for her clients. She began asking herself where do you go to find caregivers and where do you find resources? Why is it so hard to find resources for the family members? Where can I find support groups? She made it her mission to help anyone and everyone that she could. She did research for her clients and found dozens and dozens of resources. She began networking at various caregiving expos and caregiving fairs all around San Diego County. She became an expert at finding resources for her clients and decided that she wanted to be the "ONE STOP SHOP EVERYTHING CAREGIVING". Her vision became a reality and in October 2017 she started Caregiver Networks Club. It was hard in the beginning with three members at the first meeting but it gradually grew and now the monthly meetings average about 8-15 members per meeting. She built it and Caregiver Networks Club grew and grew!
Caregiver Networks Club is a support group for families taking care of a loved one, compassionate caregivers and anyone in the healthcare industry who supports caregivers and seniors.
